Nazrin Huseinzade

European Legal Advisor

Nazrin is a human rights lawyer and lecturer in business and human rights, currently working as a Manager at KPMG Law in Sweden, where she specializes in regulatory advice on corporate sustainability due diligence. She has led human rights impact assessments for third-country subsidiaries and suppliers of Swedish, Finnish, and Dutch multinationals, focusing on sectors such as manufacturing, forestry, pulp and paper, fisheries, and food retail.

 

Nazrin has lectured on legal developments in business and human rights at various fora, including the Sustainable Palm Oil Dialogue Europe, the Swedish Institute, Stockholm University Law Department, Stockholm International Business School, and Aktuell Hållbarhet, a leading Nordic sustainability media company.

 

She earned her LL.B. degree in Public International Law from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University (Ukraine) and an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Trinity College Dublin (Ireland).
